Announcements
Location change: Starting 3/4/26, Eugene’s Wednesday 6pm meeting has moved to a larger space! Join us at the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection, 3925 Hilyard St, Eugene, OR. (We are located in the Yurt; follow the lit path on the south side of the church to the yurt.)
Time change: The Roseburg Wednesday meeting is now at 4pm, join us!
Name change: The Eugene Friday meeting is now called “Welcome Home Friday OA”
Virtual Meeting Info
We have in person, virtual, and hybrid meetings available. Our virtual options are hosted at zoom.us (or you can dial in by phone with 669-444-9171, 253-215-8782, or 301-715-8592, and after entering the meeting ID enter the password at the prompt. If the password has letters in it, hit # when prompted for password, and # again at the next prompt)

A Tool for Homegroup Members: Making Changes to Existing Meetings
When homegroup members pass a motion to change their meeting details (e.g., format, address), the following process must be followed:
1) Email the Intergroup Webmaster at info@eugeneoa.org so that the meeting list at www.oaeugene.org can be updated
2) Update World Service to ensure the the meeting list at www.oa.org is updated (further instructions below)
Note: It is not necessary to update Region 1, as their website refers members to the OA World Service website for meetings lists
To update the meeting information with OA World Service:
1. Go to www.oa.org.
2. Click “Menu” in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Click the “Meetings and Events” dropdown.
4. Click “Manage a meeting (add, edit, cancel) or service body.”
5. At the top of the page, click the dropdown and select “Add a meeting.”
6. Click “Edit a meeting.”
7. Enter your meeting number. If you do not know it, you can find your meeting by selecting your country, state, and city, then clicking “Find meeting.”
8. Click “Edit meeting.”
9. Fill in the updated information as prompted.
10. Follow the prompts to review and submit your changes.
